Lamu politician Rishad Amana yesterday asked Kenya National Congress to deregister the Lamu West MP. Julius Ndegwa publicly defected to Jubilee Party.

“The party must write to the Registrar of Political Parties and have Ndegwa’s seat declared vacant,” Amana said. Ndegwa said he does not care what Amana thinks. “Let him concentrate on his party,” he said.
