Hotels begin to roll out Valentine’s Day packages

With Valentine’s Day around the corner, hotels have begun to roll out packages for guests who celebrate the occasion.

High-end restaurants and hotels are announcing accommodation and spa packages, and special dinner and family lunch offers for their clients.

Good restaurants are usually booked way ahead of the actual date.

At Safari Park Hotel, celebrations will begin on Sunday with a barbecue lunch and entertainment by the Pressmen Band.

Come Wednesday from 6 pm, guests will be received with a cocktail on arrival and a rose flower for the lady.

Entertainment will be by the Maestro Band, Safari Cats Dancers and Acrobats hosted by MC Jessy. Guests will also stand a chance to win gifts.

“Sweep your loved one off their feet with a romantic dinner,” a Safari Park brochure reads in part.

Guests will choose from any of its speciality Lovers Spa Package restaurants for a special Valentine’ (Italian cuisine, Chinese cuisine and Japanese & Korean cuisine).

For those who will opt for the “Lovers Spa Package,” there will be free use of the steam bath, sauna and jacuzzi.

At Utamu Restaurant, there will be a rose flower and a Valentine’s card for the lady.

There will be a three-course menu and live music by Esther Moraa.

At Ibis Styles, guests have been advised to book and pay in advance because of the limited availability of tables.

Peter the Violinist will serenade guests at

Kilele Nyamu has a five-course menu for the guests, who will be entertained by Peter the Violinist.
