The 2024 National Sevens Circuit has officially set its dates for the upcoming rugby Sevens season commencing from July-September, 2024, Kenya Rugby Union (KRU) has announced.
Christie 7s will kick off the calendar from July 27-28 in Nairobi, where teams will vie for supremacy at RFUEA Ground.
A quick shift to Kakamega follows for the Kenya Rugby Union (KRU) 7s on August 3-4, replacing the Tisap 7s.
Teams are set for a breather on August 10-11 before sprinting to Kisumu for the Dala 7s on August 17-18.
As the competition intensifies, teams will converge for the Kabeberi 7s memorial on August 24-25 at a location yet to be confirmed.
After a brief break from August 30-September 1, the rugby spectacle heads to Mombasa for the Driftwood 7s on September 7-8, providing fans in the coastal city with a thrilling showcase of skill and athleticism.
The tournament will unfold across six counties in Kenya, with teams fiercely competing for the coveted National Sevens Circuit title.
The penultimate stop on the circuit is the Prinsloo 7s in Nakuru, scheduled for September 14-15. Here teams will battle for supremacy in the final lead-up to the season's culmination.
Points accumulated across the circuit will be used to decide the season’s champion. KCB are the defending champion, setting the stage for an electrifying season ahead.
