Jonathan Bii nominates MCA Kapkea for deputy governor position

Uasin Gishu Governor Jonathan Bii has nominated MCA Evans Kapkea as his deputy.

Kapkea is the MCA for Tembelio ward and doubles up as the chairman of the Trade Committee at the county assembly.

The ward rep hold a Bachelors Degree in Analytical Chemistry from Moi University.

His name has been forwarded to the county assembly for vetting.

If approved, he will replace former Deputy Governor John Barorot, who resigned.
