President William Ruto and his entourage trooped to Homa Bay on Thursday for the second day of his Nyanza tour.

Ruto and his entourage were welcomed by Traditional dancers as residents also came out in large numbers.

The President commenced his day by commissioning the Oyugis water project and later inspected the Homa Bay fish market.

Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua and several cabinet secretaries accompanied the President.

He will then launch the construction of Rusinga Ring road before wrapping up the day with the thanksgiving ceremony of Treasury Cabinet Secretary John Mbadi.
