Two protestors are nursing injuries at the Eagle Nursing Home in Kangemi after they were allegedly shot at by the Police during demonstrations.

Confirming the incident to the Star, Dr Aron Shikuku, the hospital director, said they will be referring one of the patients to KNH due to the complications of his injuries.

"I have received two patients here at my facility with gun wounds. One of the victims still has a bullet in his stomach and needs a specialised operation," he said.

He said that the hospital is in the process of rushing him to KNH for surgery and specialised treatment.

"We are currently in the process of referring him to KNH for a specialised surgery. We have so far attended to him to stabilised his condition," added Shikuku.
