Ruto heads to Baringo, Nyandarua for development tour

The President will launch road projects and issue several title deeds.

President William Ruto will on Thursday visit Baringo and Nyandarua.

The President's tour is part of his plan to intensify the national development agenda.

The Head of State will launch the construction of Maili Kumi-Shamata Road in Ndaragwa,  issue several title deeds and commission other roads.

On Wednesday, President Ruto was in Nakuru where he hosted Winners of the Kenya Music Festival 2023 and issued title deeds.

He had earlier commissioned the construction of 220 housing units in Bahati.

On Tuesday, Ruto graced the Maa cultural week at Sekenani, Maasai Mara in Narok.

Starting the week, he hosted his Indonesian counterpart Joko Widodo at State House.

Kenya then signed several MoUs with Indonesia to improve the balance of trade between the two nations.

President Ruto said together with his Indonesian counterpart Joko Widodo they agreed to enhance and expand the partnership between Kenya and Indonesia with a focus on four key issues.

The issues were Food security, mining, renewable energy and health.
