There was a minor incident outside the Treasury on Thursday as a protester tried to interrupt a photo session of the Budget team led by Treasury CS Njunguna Ndung'u.

The man, dressed in black is seen holding something in his hand and was going up the stairs to meet the Treasury before police officers bundled him away.

The CS is expected to start
