Catholic Bishops have urged President William Ruto not to sign the Finance Bill, 2024.

Addressing the press after chaotic protests by a section of Kenyans who were against the Bill, the Bishops said there is a need for more public participation.

They attributed their call to mass protests in the country that saw Kenyan Citizens storm Parliament Buildings in a show of anger after the MPs voted to support the Bill.
