Lady Justice Thripsisa Wanjiku Wamae was on Monday involved in a road accident.
In a statement by the Judiciary on X, Wamae is currently receiving treatment and she is in a stable condition.
She is a Judge of the High Court and is currently the Isiolo High Court Presiding Judge.
"She has regrettably been involved in a Road Traffic Accident along the Eldama Ravine – Nakuru road," the statement read."
"She is currently receiving treatment and is reported to be in stable condition. We wish the Hon Judge a quick recovery."
Kenyans sent her goodwill thoughts and quick recovery messages.
Justice Wamae joined the judicial service as a magistrate and she was appointed Judge of the High Court in 2016.
She has served at Kisumu and Meru High Courts.
