Public Service Cabinet Secretary Moses Kuria has said Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua is his good friend contrary to what critics have been claiming.
In an interview with Citizen TV on Wednesday, Kuria said Gachagua has done his role so well as a deputy and they get along well.
"The deputy president, who is also my boss is my good friend and we get along so well, our cabinet is so efficient because of him," he said.

When asked about Gachagua's photo that he had posted on his X account without a caption, Kuria said he posts pictures of those he admired.
"The other day I posted a picture of my son whom I love so much and no one asked me anything, I post pictures of those I admire," he said.
The CS had posted Gachagua's photo without a caption after he was moved to the Ministry of Public Service and Performance Management from Trade.
Kuria said President William Ruto is the Chief Operating Officer of the country, and Gachagua who is also his boss is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer.
"The deputy CEO is the designated CEO to assist the CEO, he is a very busy man also, he just read his whole resume of responsibilities."
