2022/23 certificates ready for collection - KNEC says

Knec said the certificates have been dispatched to schools where candidates sat their exams.

Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC) has directed candidates who sat for various levels of examination in the years 2022 and 2023 to collect their certificates from their respective institutions.

KNEC said certificates for the 2022 KCSE, 2022 and 2023 DTE (Diploma in Teacher Education), DSNE ( Diploma in Special Needs Education) and ECDE (Early Childhood Development) are ready for collection.

Additionally, certificates for PTE (Primary Teacher Examination), UDPTE (Upgrade Programme for the Diploma in Primary Teacher Education) and UDECTE (Upgrade Programme for the Diploma in Early Childhood Teacher Education) have also been dispatched.

The examination body said the certificates have been dispatched to schools where candidates sat their exams. 

"If you have been anxiously waiting for your well-deserved certificate, your certificate has arrived at the institution you sat the exam and is ready for pick up," KNEC said in a post on X.

The council congratulated all candidates and urged them not to delay in picking their certificates.

In a previous statement, KNEC directed those with queries to submit them online through the Query Management Information System (QMIS).

The queries made must reach KNEC within 30 days after the release of the certificates and will attract a Sh 5,000 fee payable through the Pay bill number generated by QMIS after verification of the application has been submitted.
