Some residents of Nakuru County will have to go without power on Saturday.

This is after Kenya Power announced that it will be conducting scheduled maintenance in some parts of the county.

Those to be affected include those in Gilgil town and adjacent customers.

According to the plan by Kenya Power, the routine maintenance will affect supply in the whole of Gilgil town, Lange Lange, Teachers, Diatomite, Karura and St Joseph, St Mary’s.

Epashikino, Serena, Lemon Valley, Kipkogey, Mbegi, Gema, Soysambu, Marula, Gilgil Toll Station and adjacent customers will also be affected.

The maintenance will take place between 9 am and 3 pm, Kenya Power said.
