President William Ruto will preside over the 88th passing-out parade of the National Youth Service recruits.
The ceremony will be held at the Gilgil paramilitary academy in Nakuru.
On Friday, the recruits conducted the final dress rehearsal parade.
Commandant General James Tembur was present.
IBEC meeting
Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua will today chair the Intergovernmental Budget and Economic Council (IBEC) meeting.
The meeting brings together Governors, Cabinet Secretaries and other stakeholders.
The meeting will be held at his Karen residence.
Schools reopening
Schools are expected to reopen today for the third and final term of this year's calendar.
It comes at a time when the Kenya Union of Post-Primary Education Teachers (KUPPET) has called for a nationwide teachers' strike.
However, KNUT has called off its strike that was also scheduled to start today
