Try these crunchy yummy deep-fried bananas for your breakfast snack.

You can boil or fry them. 

Ingredients 

  • One bunch of green bananas
  • Water 
  • Oil 
  • Salt 
  • Vinegar 

Preparations 

Step 1 

Peel your bananas and wash them in salty water to avoid them changing their white colour.

Step 2

Boil the bananas for about two minutes with a little salty water make sure its not very soft.

When ready remove it and add little vinegar to them or you may use lemon if available. 

Step 3 

Put enough oil in the pan and heat it, then deep your bananas inside it and deep fry till golden brown.

Step 4

Repeat the frying process until when you are done.

When ready serve it in a bowl or plate and enjoy your snack with a hot beverage.
