How to prepare homemade grilled chicken

To prepare your yummy Grilled chicken you need the following ingredients.

Ingredients 

  • 350 grams of chicken
  • Half a teaspoon of ginger paste
  • Half a teaspoon of red chili powder
  • A quarter teaspoon of cumin powder salt as required
  • Olive oil
  • Half a cup of hung curd
  • Half a teaspoon of garlic paste
  • A quarter teaspoon of coriander powder
  • A quarter teaspoon of powdered black pepper
  • One teaspoon of garam masala powder

Preparation 

Step 1 

Wash the chicken pieces and prick them with a fork.

In a large bowl, combine all the dry spices and stir them until well blended.

Step 2

Add the chicken pieces and apply the masala mixture all over them.

 Cover it then refrigerate for at least eight hours, once done Preheat your oven.

Step 3
