Content creator Marya Okoth has announced a breakup with YY comedian.
Marya shared the news on her Instagram, explaining that the separation was due to unavoidable circumstances.
In her post, she expressed gratitude to her fans for their unwavering support throughout their time together.
"Hello and good morning. We are saddened to let you know that Marya Okoth and YY Comedian will no longer be together due to unavoidable circumstances. Thank you for your love and support through our union. We expect individual privacy from each one of you. Thanks," Marya posted.
In an interview in June, Marya revealed that she moved in with YY after their first date.
Speaking during a guest appearance she made on the Mic Cheque Podcast alongside her partner, the Nurse Toto actress walked the hosts down memory lane as she recounted their earlier years.
Marya jokingly quipped about how she felt she was tricked as she also could not fully believe she moved in with YY that quickly.
"It was sort of an hour after we first met... We spent about an hour together, and then I went to his place. And, the baby came along gradually."
The two have a daughter named Circe Gaona.
