The qualifiers for the 2024 Africa Women's Cup of Nations set for Morocco resume this week with some nail-biting matches lined up.

Africa’s premier women’s national team competition enters the nerve-racking second round of qualifiers.

Harambee Starlets take on Botswana at the Nyayo Stadium on Wednesday where the team is banking on home advantage to sail into the next round.

The Beldine Odemba-coached side are the pre-match favorites and will also count on their fearsome attack and a watertight defense to get the better of their rivals.

Tunisia and Congo square it out in the 14:30 pm kick-off. The Congolese will be tasked with the tough assignment of travelling up north.

After overcoming Cote d’Ivoire, Tanzania will come face to face with Togo, the same side that cruised past Djibouti with a comfortable 6-0 scoreline.

All eyes will be on the reigning champions, South Africa who face a determined Burkina Faso side that is looking at seeing themselves in the competition again after the last edition’s appearance.

Another interesting duel sees a Central African clash between the Democratic Republic of Congo rubbing shoulders with Equatorial Guinea.
