Home player Douglas Duncanson bagged the seventh leg of the 2024 NCBA Golf Series at the Karen Country Club.

Duncanson carded an impressive 41 points to emerge winner during the tournament that attracted 191 golfers.

He was closely followed by Robert Keter, who secured the runner-up position with 39 points.

The event, which marked the seventh leg of the series, showcased exceptional talent across various categories.

The Division One Ladies Category saw Sarah Nyareru take the top spot with 40 points. Hazel Kuria finished runner-up with 36 points.

Ezekiel Owuor won the men's Division Two category with an outstanding 45 points. In the ladies' Division Two category, Jennifer Murigu emerged top with 38 points.

Wahu Nyairo emerged as the winner of the Division 3 category with 36 points.

In the junior category, Wanjiku Mathu claimed the top position with 36 points while the staff category saw Daniel Chege emerge victorious on countback after posting 37 points. Top performers secured slots to play at the series' Grand Finale.

Speaking during the event, NCBA Group Director of Retail Banking Tirus Mwithiga said: "We are thrilled with the turnout and the level of competition we witnessed today. The growth of the series over the years has been remarkable, and it is a testament to our commitment to supporting sports and community development," he said.
