Companies need to create a working environment that helps GenZs gel into their cultures to ensure continuity in their workforces, staffing solutions provider– Stratostaff now says.

This, as it calls on HR professionals and companies to cultivate agile cultures that foster adaptability, collaboration and continuous learning.

According to the firm, that provides solutions for organisations in the East African region and beyond, 70 per cent of agile organisations rank in the top quartile for organisational health, based on a study by McKinsey.

Agile companies also grow revenue by about 37 per cent faster and generate 30 per cent higher profits, have 25 per cent higher employee engagement with agility reducing time-to-market by about 40 per cent, boosting innovation and competitiveness.

It enables HR to align talent strategies with organisational goals, fostering employee engagement, retention and overall business agility,” said Sam Watene, founder and managing director of Stratostaff.

Meanwhile, companies must firms need to embrace GenZs whom are re-shaping the work environment. This, amid concerns over their work ethics with many firms said to be reluctant to hire them due to perceptions of entitlement and sensitivity.
