The Human Resource Management Professionals Examinations Board (HRMPEB) has concluded the digitisation of their services in anticipation of increased number of enrollments.

“The new Student portal will help strengthen student customer service and enhance student accessibility of reports on grades, classes, fee structure. For Years, our students have been operating manually which was hectic and time consuming but the introduction of the student portal there is more flexibility,’’ HRMPEB CEO, CHRP Nicholas Kanisa, Stated.

The HR Exam body has stepped up the drive to ensure students can access all their programmes as part of a broader policy to deliver better services in wake of the adoption of the Private candidature option.

While acknowledging that learning can extend beyond the confines of a formal classroom setting, the body says the upcoming November 2023 examination series will witness the registration and examination of the first cohort of Private candidates as well as the continuation of institutional based candidates.

The portal will enable All students access services which include: student registration, exam booking, exemption applications, fee payments, examination results, and student clearance, among other essential tasks.

The digitisation initiative is a shift from traditional paper-based educational records and transcripts to the accessibility of result slips via online platforms signifying a departure from the previous analog process.

“The introduction of the Student digital transformation project at the Human Resource Management Professional Examinations Board (HRMPEB) is particularly timely, given the Board's quest to achieve the Government agenda of digitising processes,” added Kanisa.

For years students have been operating manually which was hectic and time-consuming.

Simple documents such as Results Slips, Exams Card and Clearance Form that could be downloaded online, were picked manually which was a bit inconveniencing.

In the current era, technology serves as a transformative force. The higher education landscape recognizes the advantages of transitioning into the digital realm. A noticeable urgency exists in adopting digital technologies to enhance the student, staff, and faculty experience, prompted by the rapidly evolving times.
