Transformational Business Network (TBN) East Africa, an entity that focusses on supporting purpose-driven, growth-stage entrepreneurs, hosted its fourth East Africa Impact Investment Summit in Nairobi.

The summit, attended by 300 guests, focused on the theme "Enabling Business Growth Through Access to Finance.

"Since its inception in 2017, TBN East Africa has empowered over 600 entrepreneurs through its six-month “Scale For Success” Acceleration Program.

This initiative has not only prepared businesses to be bankable and investor-ready but also mobilized over USD 20 million in capital, creating more than 5000 jobs across the region.

The summit brought together a diverse group of local and international impact and angel investors, including members from TBN's extensive investor network.

Attendees also included successful and high-potential East African entrepreneurs and key organizations driving transformation within the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Over the past seven years, TBN East Africa has established strong partnerships with various ecosystem players, foundations, family offices, commercial banks, and Development Finance Institutions.

Notable among these are the African Development Bank, African Guarantee Fund, The Argidius Foundation, and The John Templeton Foundation.

The summit featured insightful panel discussions, workshops, and networking sessions, providing a platform for entrepreneurs and investors to connect and explore opportunities for collaboration.
