Real estate company Fusion Estates has tapped former Mhasibu
Housing Company CEO Morris Njagi to drive its growth agenda in Kenya, effective
February 4.
Fusion Estates is a
subsidiary of Fusion Capital Limited, a Kenyan private equity firm and real
estate developer which focuses on acquiring, master-planning and developing
land as well as property management.
According to the company, Njagi brings a wealth of
experience to Fusion Estates, having held key leadership positions in the real
estate sector.
With over 12 years of industry expertise, he is
well-positioned to lead Fusion Estates into its next phase of growth, the firm
noted.
“The board of directors at Fusion Group have expressed their
strong confidence in Morris’s ability to steer the company to new heights,” it
said in a statement.

Njagi is widely recognised for his passion for real estate development,

Under his leadership, Fusion Estates expects to strengthen

land investment solutions and value to investors.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from
Mount Kenya University and a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing from the
University of Nairobi.
His appointment marks a new chapter for Fusion Estates as it
continues to expand its portfolio in the real estate sector.
