Nairobi County Assembly Majority leader Peter Imwatok has distanced himself from party colleagues attending presidential functions.
Speaking on Saturday, he said, it was upon the party to deal with any mischief.
"For now I think that our party has a disciplinary mechanism that can deal with those going against the party guidelines and will," Imwatok said.
"As the Majority Leader, I will ensure any directive by the party and Azimio is implemented fully for loyalty and disloyalty is a party reserve."
Earlier on, ODM party leader Raila Odinga had warned his party members against supporting Kenya Kwanza.
However, some seem to have defied the same joining the government in various functions.
On Thursday, President William Ruto was in South C, Nairobi for the ground-breaking ceremony of Bellevue Park.
The event was attended by government officials led by Lands and Physical Planning Principal Secretary Nixon Korir.
Korir was former Langata MP in which South C is one of the wards.
Also present was Abbbas Khalif who is the ward representative for South C.
Other MCAs included Oscar Lore (Mathare North), Nickson Okwacho (Eastleigh North) and Lucky Summer MCA Victor Omondi.
Nairobi County Assembly has become the latest target of the war between the two factions of the Jubilee party.
Last month, Azimio la Umoja Coalition which is led by ODM party leader Raila Odinga disciplined Jubilee MCAs aligned to the Kenya Kwanza government.
This came as acting secretary-general Kanini Kega and secretary-general Jeremiah clash over the dewhipping of MCAs aligned to the ruling party, UDA.
However, Azimio stamped authority over its decision to de-whip rebel Nairobi MCAs from the county Assembly.
Imwatok emphasized that the Jubilee party being part of Azimio will not entertain joy riders.
