ODM leader Raila Odinga has arrived at Kwale Baraza Park in Matuga, Kwale county as part of the party's mass recruitment drive in the region.
Raila and Kwale Woman Rep Fatuma Masito will first lead a distribution of NGAAF items to youth, PWDs and vulnerable groups.
The youth will receive water tanks, electronic sewing machines and cash wash pumps among other things.
According to his schedule, the ODM party leader will later meet delegates and have talks with the Bambaulo family at Diani Reef Hotel before proceeding to a recruitment drive at Maasai grounds in Msambweni subcounty.
The ODM boss is on a week-long charm offensive of the coastal region to revamp his outfit.
He started the town hall meetings and meet the people tours in Lamu on Monday.
On Tuesday, Raila received several defectors from other parties to ODM.
On Wednesday, he was in Kilifi.
He also launched the ODM membership registration drive in the region which has for years voted for him.
Last week, Raila traversed Western Kenya where he launched exercises aimed at revamping the party.
Raila launched the massive membership drive in Nyanza last year. the exercise will culminate in grassroots elections in April.
