Anglican Archbishop Jackson Olesapit has condemned the horrific killing of women in the country.

Speaking in the wake of a shocking incident that saw a University Student whose mutilated body was discovered in an apartment in Roysambu, the Archbishop said it is time to tame the cases.

According to the Clergy, the recent cases are inhumane and ungodly.

He spoke in Eldoret during the opening of a house project in Pioneer Estate on the outskirts of town.

Ole Sapit called for the arrest of the culprits saying they should be charged for the heinous act.

He said as a Clergy, he fears for the security of girls who are lured by the culprit for sex in exchange for money.

"These alarming incidents raise important questions about our safety while using accommodation facilities despite the economic benefit it brings," he said.

"It's shocking that even the government pathologist Johanson Odour admitted that he has never come across such an incident in his forensic life. We are worried about the killing because the perpetrators usually take away some body parts."

He advised the student to take their studies seriously and avoid behaviour that would ruin their life.
