Kericho youths join anti-Finance Bill protests

They vowed to vote out leaders who will vote yes for the Finance Bill

At least 200 youth in Kericho on Thursday called on legislators to vote against the contentious Finance Bill.

The youth who converged at Moi's Garden vowed to mobilise their counterparts in the 2027 General Election to vote out leaders who will vote yes for the Finance Bill.

Waving placards with ant financial slogans, the youth vowed never to relent even if MPs pass the Bill.

They called on all youth voters who never participated in the 2022 elections to ensure they take part in the next election.
