Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Alliance presidential candidate Raila Odinga and his running mate Martha Karua on Monday filed a petition challenging the August 9, presidential results.
The two filed the petition at the Supreme Court sub-registry.
The sub-registries will receive all filings from litigants and transmit urgent matters and files to the Supreme Court's Central Registry in Nairobi.
The team's legal team had earlier Monday filed the case electronically.
The ODM leader was accompanied by Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka, Azimio spokesperson Makau Mutua, Siaya Governor-elect James Orengo, Makueni Senator -elect Dan Maanzo and former Gatanga MP Peter Kenneth.
Others were Agriculture CS Peter Munya, former Kitui Governor Charity Ngilu and Homa Bay Governor -elect Gladys Wanga among others.
