Stranded passengers have poured out their frustrations as a result of the ongoing pilots’ strike that has seen KQ flights suspend operations.

Kenya Airways pilots have boycotted work leaving the planes grounded, leading to a massive cancellation of flights.

Some of the passengers who could not travel due to the stalemate have decried the extra costs they have to incur, claiming the airline has told them to look for accommodation as the issues are addressed.

They are now demanding that the sales department books alternative flights for those who had booked to travel as they had other engagements.

The pilot's lobby, (Kenya Pilots Association) says they are not resuming duties until KQ's management reinstates the suspended provident fund.
