President William Ruto on Thursday presided over the passing out parade of GSU recruits in Embakasi.
This is the third lot of police to graduate, that the president will be presiding over.
On Wednesday, Ruto presided over the Administration Police Passing out Parade at Embakasi.
More than 1,995 administration police officers graduated from a training programme.
