Parents of victims of the Finland education saga in Uasin Gishu on Tuesday took to the streets demanding a refund of their money.
The parents came out in their numbers carrying twigs and placards.
"There will be no peace if the refund is not made by the county," some of the placards read.
Another placard bore the message, 'no refund no devolution conference'.
They were however restricted by the police from accessing Governor Jonathan Bii's office.
