President William Ruto on Monday officially opened the Africa Climate Summit.
Ruto was accompanied by his deputy Rigathi Gachagua and other key government officials.
After opening the summit, Ruto proceeded to the main KICC entrance where he took photos with dignitaries attending the summit.
Thousands of participants are converging at KICC for the summit which seeks to propose actionable solutions to the rising burden of climate change.
Also present include including Cabinet Secretaries Soipan Tuya, Moses Kuria, Penina Malonza, Susan Nakhumicha, Ezekiel Machogu and AG Justin Muturi.
