President William Ruto on Saturday launched a United Democratic office in Suba South Constituency, Homa Bay County.
The Head of state was accompanied by ICT Cabinet Secretary Eliud Owalo and Interior PS Raymond Omollo.
Other leaders spotted were: Kikuyu Town Member of Parliament Kimani Ichungwa'h, Dagoretti South MP John Kiarie and other UDA local leaders.
Thousands of locals witnessed the opening of the UDA offices. The locals were wearing UDA-branded t-shirts and caps.
Others carried UDA's flag.
Women were also spotted carrying trays with 'sukumawiki' and tomatoes during the ceremony.

This is the second office launched in the Nyanza region, seeking to recruit members from Opposition Leader Raila Odinga's stronghold areas.
While launching an office in Kisumu in March, UDA Secretary General Cleophas Malala said the motive is to paint Kisumu yellow.
"My first assignment is to open a UDA party office in Kisumu. We have registered 5,325 members in the county. Watu wa Dala karibisheni UDA. Kisumu is going to be painted yellow," he said
The party sought to register over 250,000 members.
