President William Ruto on Thursday spent his morning in Kwale County.
The last time Ruto was in the region was in July this year.
The tour by the head of state which started on Wednesday will see him traverse the five counties of the region to launch and inspect completed projects.
Joined by Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua, Ruto on Thursday commissioned the Electricity Mini-Grid in Wasini Island, Lunga Lunga Constituency.
He also presided over the groundbreaking at Shimoni Fish Port, still in Lunga Lunga.
The Head of State later issued the Fisheries Community Grants in Shimoni Mainland.
The President also hosted King Charles III at Mtongwe Naval Base for a programme of Kenya’s first Marine Commando Unit that was trained by British Royal Marines.
