WAN-IFRA Women In news team on Thursday held a sensitisation session for Human Resource Managers at Radio Africa Group offices.

The team led by Executive Director Melanie Walker trained the team in Building an Inclusive Organisation for HR leads, an event that was attended by over 35 stakeholders.

The WIN team led by Walker had Africa Director Jane Godia, Global Advisory and Insights Director Susan Makore, GEDI manager Myra Abdallah and Manager Accelerator Caroline Lubwika.

Also present were the Star Publications Chief Operating Officer Agnes Kalekye, Head Of Content Paul Ilado and Radio Africa Human Resource Manager Jemima Ngode, Head of Legal Grace Wambui, and Head of Electronic News Susan Kimachia among other staff members.

The stakeholders who benefited from the session included; HRs from Standard Media Group in Kenya, Media partners in Tanzania, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Malawi and Uganda among other countries.
