President William Ruto on Sunday joined hundreds of christian faithful for the AIPCA Church centenary celebrations.
Ruto arrived for the celebrations at Kasarani stadium accompanied by his deputy Rigathi Gachagua.
He was received by the clergy led by Bishop Samuel Mburu and other areas leaders who were present.
The APICA Church is celebrating 100 years since its inception.
The President joined in the celebrations hours after landing in the country from Namibia.
Ruto had gone to Namibia on Saturday to attend the state funeral of late President Hage Geingob.
Ruto joined other Heads of State for Geingob’s Memorial Service which was held at the Independence Stadium.
