They have complained of a bad smell from the hip which affects the circulation of fresh air in the area.
The dump site is located close to traders and customers who want to access the market find it hard to navigate the area.
A spot check by the Star showed hips of garbage dumped at the site with roads that are inaccessible due to the ongoing rains.
