As heavy rainfall continued to pound the city, Nairobi residents were on Wednesday left stranded within the Central Business District.
Some section of main roads in the city was flooded after a heavy evening downpour.
A spot check by the Star showed sewage burst along Kenyatta Avenue road near the Integrity Center causing traffic Jams which rendered them impassible.
Motorists struggled to drive on the heavily flooded roads.
