Azimio la Umoja leader Raila Odinga on Saturday attended a Ceremony of installation of Fredrick Owili as the chief of Seme.
The ceremony took place in Migori County.
Also present at the ceremony were Embakasi East MP Babu Owino, former Kakamega governor Wycliffe Oparanya, ODM deputy party leader Hassan Joho and Suna East MP Junet Mohamed.
