President William Ruto and his deputy Rigathi Gachagua have arrived at the National Prayer breakfast meeting.

The prayer breakfast is being held at the Safari Park hotel, in Nairobi.

The two are accompanied by their spouses First Lady Rachel Ruto and Pastor Dorcas Rigathi.

Other leaders present include Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi, National Assembly Speaker Moses Wetangula and his senate counterpart Amason Kingi, among others.

Members of Parliament are also present.

This year's Prayer Breakfast is themed 'Hope'. It is the 21st National Prayer Breakfast.

It is an interdenominational prayer meeting organised by Members of Parliament and includes leaders from across the country.
