The event being held at State House, Nairobi is attended by three Presidents from East Africa.

They are Samia Suluhu (Tanzania), Yoweri Museveni (Uganda) and Salva Kiir (South Sudan).

Also in attendance are Burundi's Prime Minister of Burundi Gervais Ndirakobuca, former Presidents Jakaya Kikwete (Tanzania) and Olusegun Obasanjo (Nigeria).

Rwanda's Paul Kagame is represented by his Foreign Affairs Minister, General James Kabarebe.
