[PHOTOS] How Harmony for Haiti concert went down at Uhuru Gardens

Various leaders on Sunday joined Kenyans for the Harmony for Haiti Concert at Uhuru Gardens, Nairobi.

The concert was a collaborative humanitarian and cultural initiative supported by the Kenya Against Violence Organisation as part of the larger ‘Africa4Haiti’ initiative.

Several leaders including Prime Cabinet Secretary, Musalia Mudavadi, Foreign Affairs PS, Korir Sing'oei and ambassadors were among the attendees.

They were treated to a variety of music from local and international acts.

Their performances were not only entertaining but also served as a powerful call to action for restoration of peace in the gang-ravaged Caribbean country.

The Harmony for Haiti Concert is a major cultural event designed to raise awareness and mobilise resources for the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Haiti.

The concert aimed at mobilising Kenyans and the global community to support Haiti, highlighting the dire need for food, security and protection, especially for women and children who are most vulnerable to the violence plaguing the nation.
