[PHOTOS] Kenya, Indonesia explore ways to strengthen ties

President William Ruto has held a meeting with the Coordinating Minister for Maritime Affairs and Investment of Indonesia Luhut Binsar Pandjaitanin New York.

In a statement on x, Ruto said Kenya and Indonesia are exploring ways to strengthen ties for shared prosperity.

"In particular, we will collaborate in establishing alternative financing alliances for sustainable development," he said.

On the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly meeting in New York, Ruto also engaged with officials from several countries, including Jamaica, the Netherlands, and Senegal, among others.

The gathering underscored the importance of international collaboration in addressing global challenges.
