The Employment and Labour Relations Court has quashed a decision that dismissed a CID officer and a former assistant commissioner of police from service.
Justice Nduma Nderi said the National Police Service Commission violated Emmanuel Karisa’s and Peter Muinde’s rights by dismissing them without giving them a fair hearing.
