FKF President Nick Mwendwa has been detained at Gigiri police cells for further grilling which will continues on Saturday.
Mwendwa was arrested on Friday evening over alleged graft.
He was taken to the DCI Headquarters where he was questioned on how FKF spent Sh430 million advanced to FKF from 2016 by the Sports, Arts and Social Development for running football activities.
Mwendwa was also grilled on Sh244 million extended to the federation to prepare Harambee Stars for the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations.
Mwendwa will be arraigned in court on Monday.
The Star has discovered that the DCI sleuths are using audit report by Sports CS Amina Mohammed in the probe.
FKF CEO Barry Otieno will also be summoned to shed light into the investigations.
Mwendwa was picked up by police in two cars and was asked to call his lawyer.
On Thursday, Mwendwa rubbished the caretaker committee appointed by CS Amina to run football in the country.
The firebrand FKF honcho vowed to fight any attempts to eject his five-year old administration from office.
