Azimio presidential flagbearer is the most preferred candidate in Nairobi County if elections are held today, an opinion poll by Infotrak shows.
The survey said Raila and his running ate Martha Karua have an approval rating of 49 per cent.
His closest challenger, Deputy President William Ruto and his running ate Rigathi Gachagua had an approval rating of 30 per cent, according to the poll results.
Roots party's George Wajackoyah and Justina Wamae had an approval rating of five per cent while Agano's David Waihiga and Ruth Mutua scored 0.3 per cent.
Fifteen per cent of the respondents refused to say whom they are supporting for the top seat.
The survey, self-funded, was conducted between 2-3 July through Computer Assisted Telephone Interviews.
The poll had a margin of error of ±3 per cent. A total of 1024 residents were interviewed from all the 17 constituencies and 85 wards.
