IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati now say two of his commissioner and IEBC CEO are injured and currently receiving treatment in hospital.
Speaking on Monday before he announced the presidential results, Chebukati noted that some of his staff members are also profiled.
He claimed that some were arrested from the National Tallying centre in Bomas and no reasons were given for the same.
"It's not been an easy journey, right now two of my commissioners and the CEO are injured and they are being treated. Our staff have been profiled. A Returning Officer in Embakasi East who disappeared while on duty," Chebukati said.
He said that he has been intimidated, but he has a duty to perform for Kenyans.
"We have staff who have been arbitrarily arrested for no reason, some form this centre but we have a constitutional duty to perform and that is why I stand before you despite the intimidation."
