Azimio la Umoja presidential candidate Raila Odinga is expected to address the nation at 2 pm.
"Raila to address the Nation at KICC, Azimio Media Center," his press secretary Dennis Onsarigo said on Tuesday.
This is the first time he will speak after losing an election to DP William Ruto.
Many of his supporters have taken to social media to express their feelings following Ruto's victory, with speculations rife that Raila could challenge the results at the Supreme Court.
In a Twitter message on Tuesday, Homa Bay Governor elect Gladys Wanga noted that she was hurt by the results, claiming there was rigging in Ruto's favour.
She claimed their legal team has assured them that irregularities that led to the declaration of Ruto will not allow his 'election' to stand.
"What transpired yesterday is monumental electoral fraud that has also been likened to a civilian coup," Wanga said.
"That the exercise was deeply flawed was confirmed by four commissioners who constitute the majority of the IEBC commission. So this matter is not over," Wanga said on Facebook.
This is the 5th time Raila is losing an election.
The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission has already gazetted William Ruto as the President-elect of the Republic of Kenya.
In the notice dated August 16, IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati has also gazetted Rigathi Gachagua as the Deputy President-elect.
