Hearing of petitions by the seven Supreme Court Judges led by Chief Justice Martha Koome will be having its final session on Friday, beginning 9 am.
After the hearing the judges will head to a retreat to deliberate on issues raised as they are set to deliver judgement on Monday, September 5, 2022.
In the released schedule by the Judiciary, on Friday, lawyers will respond to judges' questions posed on Thursday.
There will also be rejoinder by petitioners and submissions on the scrutiny report.
During the hearing, the main petitioners who are Raila Odinga and Martha Karua have been allocated an hour to make their oral submissions to the questions with the other petitions allocated 30 and 15 minutes each.
For submissions on the scrutiny report, Raila -Karua have been allocated 30 minutes, Youth Advocacy Africa and Peter Kirika 20 minutes, Khelef Khalifa and other petitioners 10 minutes.
President-elect William Ruto and his deputy Rigathi Gachagua's lawyers will have 30 minutes, while IEBC, lawyers representing the four commissioners and those representing Chebukati will have 30 minutes to share.
