The Kenya National Highways Authority has notified the public that a section of Langata road along will be closed on Sunday, September 25.
According to the Authority, the closure will last 12 hours, from 5am to 5pm.
Traffic disruptions will be experienced at the Nyayo bound service lane between T-mall and Madaraka roundabout.
The closure of the road will pave way for the erection of the T-mall footbridge.
The installation of the footbridge is to ensure a continuous pedestrian walkway.
Kenha advised motorists to follow the proposed traffic management plan and cooperate with the police and traffic marshal on site.
Motorists from Raila Odinga way and Lang'ata headed towards Madaraka roundabout are advised to use Ole Sangale link or Mai mahiu roads.
